“This is a great neighborhood pilates studio. Friendly & caring staff. My wife and I have been going there for several years and we never cease to wonder about how pilates really does help heal old injuries and age-related kinks. Today, there was a kind of social event where Jackie demonstrated interesting self-massage techniques with a ~ 2-inch hard rubber ball. My wife had problems folding her left leg for years. She was astounded that after enduring Jackie's exercises, she was afterwards able to fold her left leg just like her right. This was a very pleasant experience for her!
