YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENERGY YOU BRING INTO GOOD BODY PILATES STUDIO.
At Good Body Pilates Studio, we strive to provide a professional and welcoming environment for all clients. To ensure the best experience, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
Reserve Responsibly
Good Body Pilates is an appointment-based studio. Please reserve only the classes you intend to attend. This helps us minimize cancellations, open more spots for others, and keep our schedule running smoothly. All private, duet, and group classes must be prepaid to secure your spot.
Arrive On Time
We start all sessions on time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session to set up, settle in, and warm up. Being punctual ensures you're fully prepared and helps avoid disruptions. Late arrivals will not be admitted out of respect for the instructor and other participants. If you are late for a group class and the class is full, you may forfeit your spot to a waiting client.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals disrupt the flow of class. If you arrive after the start of a private, duet, or group session, you will not be admitted and will forfeit your session. Please make sure to arrive on time.
Cancellation Policy
We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy to respect both our instructors' time and other clients:
- Reformer Classes: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance via the fitDEGREE app. Late cancellations will result in a class being deducted from your package.
- Private & Duet Sessions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance via fitDEGREE. Cancelling within 24 hours or requesting to reschedule still counts as a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited.
To cancel, log into your fitDEGREE account, go to SCHEDULE, and click CANCEL for your class or session. If you can't cancel online, please call the studio at (424) 479-7266. Do not contact instructors directly.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the fitDEGREE app. As spots open up, you will be automatically added to the class in the order they signed up and will receive a notification. If you are added to the class from the waitlist but can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation in the app to avoid being charged. Check the app regularly to stay updated on your waitlist status. If you are on the waitlist and haven’t received a notification but still wish to join the class, we recommend arriving at the studio at least 5 minutes before the class begins. In the event that a confirmed client arrives late or doesn’t show up, we will begin offering spots to waitlisted clients who are present, in the order of their sign-up. Please note, if you are late to a class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client at the studio, and your session will be forfeited, so be punctual to secure your place.
Instructor Assignments
Instructor assignments are subject to change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment Required
All classes and sessions must be prepaid to confirm your spot. Payments are non-refundable, and packages are not transferable. If a session is not paid for in advance, it will be canceled.
Attendance
If a group class has low enrollment, you will be notified and given the option to upgrade to a private or duet session at a discounted rate. We’ll contact you an hour before the class starts with this option.
Class Level
Choose classes appropriate for your fitness level. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with the New Member Package (3 privates for $295) to build a solid foundation before joining group classes. If you're unsure, our staff is happy to guide you on which class is best for your needs.
Cell Phones
For a peaceful environment, please silence your phones and leave them in the cubbies. Phones are not permitted in the main studio area. If you need to take a call, please step outside to avoid disturbing others.
Attire
Wear comfortable, moveable clothing appropriate for Pilates. Avoid clothing with zippers or loose fabric that could get caught in equipment. Grip socks are required for all sessions. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. We also recommend purchasing a **Good Citizen** personal Pilates loop for a better experience. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.
Personal Belongings
Good Body Pilates Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please store your personal belongings in the cubbies and refrain from bringing them onto the equipment. **No food or drinks** are allowed, except water. **Boxed Water** is available for purchase.
Clean Up After Yourself
Please wipe down any equipment you use and return it to its proper place after your session. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the studio clean and organized.
Feeling Sick
For the safety and well-being of our community, please stay home if you are feeling unwell, showing flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. If you are unwell during your session, your instructor may end the session, and you will be charged in full. To help prevent the spread of illness, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a session due to illness.
Age Requirements
Students under the age of 16 must receive prior approval from the studio. Please contact us for details.
Client Conduct
Good Body Pilates Studio reserves the right to terminate service for clients who display inappropriate behavior or have an unsatisfactory payment history. No refunds will be issued for terminated services.
Thank you for following these guidelines to maintain a respectful and professional environment for all clients at Good Body Pilates Studio. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you in class!
